基于中药“望闻问切”理论探析花椒的功效和祛瘀生新原理

摘　　要：花椒属于药食同源之品,可用于治疗脾胃虚寒、阴痒、湿疹、蛔虫腹痛等证。中药“望闻问切”理论,是通过望其形色、嗅其气味、尝其五味、切其质地四法来探究药物的形色气味。花椒的药性和功效与其色泽、气味、质地息息相关,色赤入心营血分以祛瘀血,性温热入肾补火以生新血,暖水土温中健脾以助行血。以此达祛瘀生新之效,而“祛瘀生新”之法在临床所用甚广,以期此思路对今后花椒临床运用起到一定的指导作用。Zanthoxylus przewalskii belongs to the same origin of medicine and food.Zanthoxylum bungeanum is not only an indispensable condiment,but also a commonly used Chinese medicinal material.It can be used to treat spleen and stomach deficiency cold,nutritional eczema,Ascaris lumbricoides abdominal pain and other diseases.With the development of modern medicine,the research efforts of medical researchers on Chinese medicinal materials are gradually increasing.Professor Peng Tang Yi of Anhui traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital has written a book called traditional Chinese Medicine.In this book,using the thinking of image comparison of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper creatively puts forward the theory of"asking questions and cutting"of traditional Chinese medicine,and deduces the efficacy of drugs with the four methods of"seeing,hearing,asking and cutting".The author is inspired by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes the characteristics of pepper color and smell,and explores the principle of Zanthoxylus przewalskii in removing blood stasis and generating new aspects,in order to provide guid for the future research and clinical application of Zanthoxylus przewalskii.
