邓运明运用固本祛邪通络法辨治颈椎病经验

摘　　要：邓运明认为颈椎病的病因病机为外邪入侵,经气受阻,气机被遏,瘀血、痰浊留滞经络,经脉痹阻以及长期劳损所致肝脾肾亏虚、气血失和。故其提出以固本祛邪通络法进行辨证施治,并强调治未病及合适的功能锻炼在治疗颈椎病中的重要性。现从病因病机、治则治法、预防调摄等方面介绍邓运明治疗颈椎病的临床经验,旨在为临床治疗颈椎病提供新思路。DENG Yun-ming believes that the cause of cervical spondylosis in Chinese medicine is deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,loss of harmony of qi and blood,combined with invasion of external evil,obstruction of qi,suppression of qi,stasis of blood and phlegm in the meridians,paralysis of the meridians and long-term strain,the basic pathogenesis is deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,loss of harmony of qi and blood,paralysis of the meridians,therefore,Dr.Deng proposes the method of consolidation and elimination of evil,and emphasizes the treatment of the disease and appropriate functional exercise in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.He also emphasizes the importance of treating the disease before it occurs and the importance of appropriate functional exercise in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.This article introduces the clinical experience and experimental cases of Deng Yunming in the treatment of cervical spondylosis from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment rules and methods,and prevention and regimen,with the aim of exploring Deng’s experience in the treatment of cervical spondylos is and providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.
