江西地区高危非致残缺血性脑血管病患者常见体质特点的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究江西地区高危非致残缺血性脑血管病(HR-NICE)患者的体质特点及卒中复发与中医体质的相关性。方法:按照纳入标准选取84例江西地区的HR-NICE患者,所有患者进行脑血管病二级预防治疗,采集中医体质情况等临床信息,通过统计得出HR-NICE患者中医体质的分布特点;根据既往脑血管病病史及随访患者3个月内复发情况分为复发组和对照组,比较分析HR-NICE患者复发与中医体质的相关性。结果:在全部入组的84例病例中,痰湿质患者23例,占比27.4%,湿热质患者15例,占比17.9%,是最常见的两种体质类型,HR-NICE复发组的痰湿质和湿热质占比高于对照组(P<0.05),且回归分析发现湿热质、痰湿质与HR-NICE复发具有相关性。结论:痰湿质、湿热质是江西地区HR-NICE患者比较常见的中医体质特点,HR-NICE患者复发与痰湿质和湿热质具有相关性。Objective:To study the physique characteristics of HR-NICE in Jiangxi area and the correlation between stroke recurrence and TCM constitution.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,84 HR-NICE patients in Jiangxi were selected.All patients were treated for secondary prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease.Clinical information such as the physique of Chinese medicine was collected,and the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution of HR-NICE patients were obtained through statistics;According to the history of cerebrovascular disease and the recurrence of patients within 3 months of follow-up,they were divided into recurrence group and control group.The correlation between the recurrence of HR-NICE patients and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed by statistical comparison.Results:Among all the 84 cases enrolled,23 cases were phlegm-damp patients,accounting for 27.4%,and 15 cases were damp-heat patients,accounting for 17.9%,which were the two most common types of constitution,and the proportion of phlegmdamp and hot patients in the HR-NICE recurrence group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that damp-heat quality and phlegm-damp quality were correlated with HR-NICE recurrence.Conclusion:Phlegm-damp and damp-heat quality are common characteristics of TCM constitution in HR-NICE patients in Jiangxi region,and the recurrence of HR-NICE patients is correlated with phlegm-damp quality and damp-heat quality.
