摘　　要：目的:鉴别4种原植物叶干燥前后的微性状特征变化。方法:借助体视显微镜,采用微性状鉴定法,对4种原植物(薄荷、牛至、香茶菜、紫苏)叶干燥前后的微性状特征进行观察,拍摄图片,并用Motic Images Advanced 3.2软件分析相关特征。结果:体视显微镜下观察到唇形科4种植物干燥前后叶片颜色、主脉形态、腺鳞大小、非腺毛细胞数等方面均有不同程度变化,可用于区别叶干燥前后特征。结论:微性状鉴别法补充传统性状鉴别,为中药鲜品和干品的鉴别提供思路,为鲜药质量标准的完善奠定基础。Objective:The micro-characters of leaf from four species in Lamiaceae before and after drying were observed by a stereoscopic microscope.Methods:Through the identification methods of microscopic characteristics,microscopic characteristics maps of Mentha haplocalyx,Origanum vulgare,Rabdosia amethystoides,Perilla frutescens were obtained.The feature maps were extracted digitally and analyzed by Motic Images Advanced 3.2 software.Results:Their identification characteristics were compared and summarized including colours,glandular scales and non-glandular hairs before and after drying.They were different.Conclusion:The method provides a direct micro-character feature for the identification of leaf from four species in Lamiaceae before and after drying,and can be used as a supplementary reference for the identification of fresh drugs.It provides the idea for the identification of fresh and dry crude drugs and lays the foundation for the perfection of quality standard of fresh crude drugs.
