摘　　要：目的通过对比冬(残)奥会期间延庆冬奥村院外和涉奥专项转运组转运工作情况,探讨大型医疗保障中院外传染性疾病转运工作的科学、合理流程。方法调取2022年1月27日—3月13日两处制定的23项工作内容,比较院外值勤情况、转运人员防护装备、防护等级、穿脱防护服流程、转运流程及洗消等内容。结果手卫生、穿防护服、车辆要求及要求佩戴医疗通信系统转运内容相同;两处值勤环境、转运物资配备、防护标准、转运流程、脱防护服及车辆洗消要求不同。结论院外在大型医疗保障工作要面对传染病转运工作时,应根据不同场景及工作任务选择不同的防护方式及流程,同时要考虑到院外急救的工作性质、暴露风险等因素。Objective To explore the scientific and reasonable process of pre hospital infectious disease transport in large-scale medical security by comparing the transport work of pre-hospital and Olympic related special transport team in Yanqing Winter Olympic Village during the Winter(Paralympic)Olympic Games.Methods 23 items of work contents were collected from January 27 to March 13,2022,and the pre-hospital duty situation,protective equipment,protective grade,protective clothing wearing and removing process,transportation process and cleaning were compared.Results The requirements of hand hygiene,protective clothing,vehicle and medical communication system were the same.The requirements of duty environment,transport equipment,protection standard,transport process,taking off protective clothing and vehicle washing were different between the two places.Conclusion Different protection methods and procedures should be selected according to different scenarios and tasks,and the nature and exposure risk of pre-hospital emergency care should be taken into account when the large-scale medical security work is faced with the transport of infectious diseases.
