摘 要:“三高四新”战略背景下,推动湖南省各市(州)物流行业高质量发展,是提升全省经济综合实力和核心竞争力的关键。通过整合TOE框架,以湖南的14个市(州)为研究样本,提取信息化水平、物流业人力资源水平、物流业行业因素、市场化水平及对外开放程度五个指标为前因变量,以DEA综合效率为结果变量,用fsQCA方法揭示导致各市(州)产生高与非高物流效率的组态路径。研究发现湖南省物流效率整体水平较好,但不同地市州间物流效率差异较大,呈现东高西低的阶梯型特征。产生高物流效率的路径可归纳为“信息驱动型”和“人力资源驱动型”两条。Under the strategic background of "three high four new" strategy, promoting the high-quality development of the logistics industry in all cities(prefectures) of Hunan Province is the key to enhance the comprehensive economic strength and core competitiveness of the province. By integrating the TOE framework, taking 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province as research samples, five indicators including informatization level, logistics human resource level, logistics industry factors, marketization level and openness degree are extracted as antecedent variables. The comprehensive efficiency with DEA is taken as as outcome variables. FsQCA method is used to reveal the configuration paths leading to high and low logistics efficiency in Hunan Province. The results show that the logistics efficiency of Hunan Province is good on the whole, but the logistics efficiency varies greatly among different cities and states, showing a ladder type characteristic, i.e. high in the east and low in the west. The path of high logistics efficiency can be summarized as "information driven" and "human resources driven".
