摘 要:工业硅企业生产中产生大量微硅粉和碎硅石废弃物,通过制备微硅粉-碎硅石粉复合球团返炉冶炼,可以提高工业硅生产资源利用率,达到降本增效的目的。本文通过控制微硅粉-碎硅石粉复合球团的粒度组成来改善球团强度,最终得到强度满足生产要求的球团。当球团中微硅粉含量占比40%的优化条件下,微硅粉-碎硅石粉复合球团干球团落下强度15.5次,抗压强度2197 N,热球团落下强度15.4次,抗压强度1703 N。复合球团性能优越,满足生产要求。A large number of microsilica and crushed silica waste were produced in the production of industrial grade silicon enterprises.By preparing microsilica and crushed silica powder composite pellets for return process,the utilization rate of resources about industrial grade silicon production can be improved,and cost reduction and efficiency increase can be achieved.In the paper,the strength of the pellets can be improved by controlling the particle size composition of the composite pellets made with microsilica and crushed silica powder,and the final strength requirements can be met.Under the optimized condition that the content of microsilica accounts for 40%of the pellets,the dry pellet shatter strength of composite pellets made with microsilica and crushed silica powder was 15.5 times,with the compressive strength of 2197 N,the hot pellet shatter strength was 15.4 times,with the compressive strength of 1703 N.With superior performance,the composite pellets can meet the production requirements.
