摘 要:为客观全面评价城市轨道交通跨线运营效果,从客流匹配度、服务水平、运力衔接、运营管理4个层面构建了城市轨道交通跨线运营效果评价指标体系;提出了基于AHP-熵权-可拓云模型的城市轨道交通跨线运营效果评价模型,该模型采用AHP-熵权法对评价指标进行组合赋权,可避免单一赋权方法带来的不足,同时将正态云模型引入可拓理论进行评价,能有效刻画评价过程中评价指标等级的模糊性;最后,以广州地铁3号线与3北线、14号线与知识城线2条运营线路实测数据对所提模型进行验证。结果表明:3号线与3北线跨线运营效果中等,14号线与知识城线跨线运营效果良好,并且14号线与知识城线的跨线工程整体效果及水平比3号线与3北线跨线工程高,说明所提方法具有较好的可行性和适用性。In order to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the cross-line operation effect of urban rail transit,an evaluation index system for the cross-line operation effect of urban rail transit was constructed from four aspects:passenger flow matching degree,service level,transport capacity connection,and operation management.An evaluation model of the cross-line operation effect of urban rail transit based on the AHP-entropy weight-extension cloud model was proposed.The model used the AHP-entropy weight method to combine the weights of evaluation indicators,which could avoid the shortcomings of the single weighting method.At the same time,the normal cloud model was introduced into extension theory for evaluation,which could effectively depict the fuzziness of evaluation index grades in the evaluation process.Finally,the model was verified by the measured data of two operation routes,namely,Guangzhou Metro Line 3and North Line 3,as well as Line 14 and Knowledge City Line.The results show that the cross-line operation effect of Line 3 and North Line 3 is medium,and that of Line 14 and Knowledge City Line is excellent.Moreover,the overall effect and level of the cross-line project of Line 14 and Knowledge City Line are higher than those of Line 3 and North Line 3,which shows that the proposed method has positive feasibility and applicability.
