摘  要:在可再生能源大规模入网、调频调峰资源严重不足的背景下,兼顾火电机组灵活性及经济性,推动火电机组主动参与电网调峰调频,对最大化消纳可再生能源具有重要意义。提出一种分时段多目标火电机组实时调度策略,根据超短期预测数据,通过经济-消纳目标函数转换,修正火电机组下一时段出力曲线;提出消纳充裕度评价指标,综合评价所提控制策略效果。以西北地区某实际风火联合运行系统为仿真算例,评估其可再生能源消纳能力,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。Under the background of the large-scale entry of renewable energy into the grid and the serious shortage of frequency and peak regulation resources, taking both flexibility and economy of thermal power units into account, and promoting thermal power units to actively participate in grid peaking and frequency modulation are of great significance to maximize the consumption of renewable energy. A time-sharing multiobjective thermal power units real-time scheduling strategy is proposed. According to the ultra-short-term forecast data, the output curve of the thermal power units in the next period is corrected through the conversion of economy and consumption objective function. A consumption adequacy evaluation index is proposed to evaluate the effect of the proposed control strategy comprehensively. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by taking an actual wind-thermal joint operation system in northwest China as a simulation example and evaluating its renewable energy consumption capacity.
