摘  要:无功控制可以改善大规模风光接入电网后的电压状况,防止电压越限对电网消纳能力造成不利影响。评估风光消纳能力和无功控制对消纳的影响,对利用无功控制实现风光友好并网、减少弃光弃风具有指导作用。首先对含可再生能源电力系统的电压随机特性进行分析,阐述了所提评估指标的物理意义;采用拉丁超立方模拟法提出基于电压水平的风光消纳能力评估指标;提出基于灵敏度的消纳能力提升策略,通过计算电压灵敏度,对电压越限最严重的节点补偿最有效的无功功率,提高了系统无功裕度;基于所提策略对样本场景进行控制,根据消纳指标的动态变化从无功控制的角度量化评估了其对风光消纳的提升作用。以新疆某实际电网为仿真算例验证了所提评估方法的可行性和控制策略的有效性。Reactive power control can improve the voltage condition after large-scale wind and solar power grids are connected to the grid, and prevent the negative impact of voltage overruns on the consumption capacity of the grid. Assessing the impact of wind and wind consumption capacity and the influence of reactive power control on consumption has a guiding effect on the use of reactive power control to realize the friendly connection of photoelectric power and wind power and reduce the abandonment of light and wind. Firstly, the voltage stochastic characteristics of the power system containing renewable energy were analyzed, and the physical meaning of the evaluation indicators proposed was expounded. The Latin hypercube simulation method was adopted to put forward the evaluation index of wind and solar energy consumption capacity based on the voltage level. A sensitivity-based improvement strategy for consumption capacity was proposed. By calculating the voltage sensitivity, the most effective reactive power was compensated for the node with the most serious voltage overrun, and the system reactive power margin was improved. The sample scene was controlled based on the proposed strategy, and according to the dynamic change of the consumption index, the improvement of the wind and solar consumption was quantitatively evaluated from the perspective of reactive power control. An actual power grid in Xinjiang was used as a simulation example to verify the feasibility of the proposed evaluation method and the effectiveness of the control strategy.
