摘　　要：Nicofluprole是拜耳公司开发的含吡啶基的芳基吡唑类含氟杀虫剂。从申请量、申请人分布等角度对涉及nicofluprole的全球专利申请情况进行了分析,并着重分析了原研企业对nicofluprole的专利布局情况,以期为国内相关农药企业进行研发和规避专利纠纷提供参考。Nicofluprole is an arylpyrazole insecticide containing pyridyl and fluorine discovered by Bayer CropScience.The global patent application situation of nicofluprole was analyzed from the perspectives of application volume and applicant distribution, and the patent layout situation of the original research company was focused on, hoping to provide reference for pesticide research and development and avoiding patent disputes for related domestic pesticide companies.
