摘 要:[目的]建立5%24-表芸苔素内酯·胺鲜酯可溶粒剂中24-表芸苔素内酯的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]样品以饱和硫酸钠水溶液溶解,乙酸乙酯作为萃取溶剂,使用C_(18)不锈钢柱,在222 nm的检测波长下以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,对24-表芸苔素内酯进行高效液相色谱分析。[结果]分析方法线性良好,决定系数大于0.99,回收率在95.71%~101.04%之间,RSD为2.10%。[结论]该方法的正确度和精密度良好,适用于24-表芸苔素内酯·胺鲜酯可溶粒剂中24-表芸苔素内酯的定量分析。[Aims] This study aims to develop an analytical method for the determination of 24-epibrassinolide in 24-epibrassinolide·diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate 5% soluble granules by high performance liquid chromatography.[Methods] The sample was dissolved in saturated sodium sulfate aqueous solution, ethyl acetate was used as the extraction solvent. Using C_(18)stainless steel column, acetonitrile water as the mobile phase for gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 222 nm, 24-epibrassinolide was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results] The linearity of the analytical method is satisfying, the determination coefficient is greater than 0.99, the recovery rate is 95.71%-101.04%, and the RSD is 2.10%. [Conclusions] The method has good accuracy and precision,and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of 24-epibrassinolide in 24-epibrassinolide·diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate5% soluble granules.
