摘 要:[目的]筛选防治紫薇长斑蚜的高效药剂。[方法]采用浸叶法测定了5种杀虫剂对紫薇长斑蚜的生物活性及复配增效效果,并采用喷雾法进行了田间药效试验。[结果]噻虫嗪与螺虫乙酯6∶1复配时对紫薇长斑蚜的增效作用最显著,共毒系数达138.44。5%噻虫嗪·螺虫乙酯EC(6∶1)药后15 d对紫薇长斑蚜的田间防效可达90%以上,高于单剂使用防效。[结论]噻虫嗪与螺虫乙酯6∶1复配能够有效防治紫薇长斑蚜。[Aims] This study aims to screen out effective insecticides to control Tinocallis kahawaluokalani. [Methods] The biological activity and synergistic effect of five insecticides against T. kahawaluokalani were determined by leaf dipping method, field efficacy test was carried out by spray method. [Results] The synergistic effect of thiamethoxam and spirotetramat at 6:1 was the most significant, and the co-toxicity coefficient was 138.44. The control effect of thiamethoxam·spirotetramat 5% EC(6 ∶1) on T. kahawaluokalani was more than 90% in the field on day 15 after application, which was higher than that of thiamethoxam or spirotetramat. [Conclusions] The 6 ∶1 combination of thiamethoxam and spirotetramat can effectively control T. kahawaluokalani.
