不同药剂对天麻地下害虫的田间防治效果的评价

摘  要:[目的]筛选出有效防治天麻地下害虫的药剂。[方法]将2%吡虫啉颗粒剂、1%噻虫胺颗粒剂、3%辛硫磷颗粒剂、5%二嗪磷颗粒剂、1%氟氯氰菊酯颗粒剂、2%联苯菊酯·噻虫胺颗粒剂、25%高效氯氟氰菊酯·噻虫胺微囊悬浮剂、2%噻虫胺·氟氯氰菊酯颗粒剂、5亿PIB/g甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒颗粒剂、10亿孢子/g金龟子绿僵菌颗粒剂这10种药剂对天麻地下害虫进行田间试验。[结果]供试的10种药剂对天麻地下害虫都有好的防治效果,其中25%高效氯氟氰菊酯·噻虫胺微囊悬浮剂的剂量为18.0 kg/hm^(2)时,对天麻地下害虫防治效果最好(90.13%),产量为6.4 kg/m^(2),增产率为28.0%;当剂量为30.0 kg/hm^(2)时,联苯菊酯·噻虫胺颗粒剂和2%噻虫胺·氟氯氰菊酯颗粒剂对天麻地下害虫防治效果次之,产量分别为6.0、6.2 kg/m^(2),增产率分别为20.0%和24.0%。其他药剂对天麻地下害虫的防治效果均较差。[结论]25%高效氯氟氰菊酯·噻虫胺微囊悬浮剂是防治天麻地下害虫的理想药剂,不仅能有效防治天麻地下害虫的为害,还可以提高其产量。[Aims] This study aims to screen out the ideal insecticide that can effectively control the damage for underground pests of Gastrodia elata Blume. [Methods] The field experiment was carried out by 10 agents on underground pests of G. elata Blume, including imidacloprid 2% granules, clothianidin 1% granules, phoxim 3%granules, diazinon 5% granules, cyfluthrin 1% granules, bifenthrin·clothianidin 2% granules, lambda-cyhalothrin·clothianidin 25% microcapsule suspension, clothianidin · cyfluthrin 2% granules, 500 million PIB/g nuclear polyhedrosis virus granules of armyworm Brassica oleracea, 1 billion spores/g Metarhizium anisopliae granules.[Results] The results showed that all the 10 agents had good control effects on underground pests of G. elata Blume,among them lambda-cyhalothrin·clothianidin 25% microcapsule suspension had the best control effect on underground pests of G. elata Blume(90.13%), with the yield of 6.4 kg/m^(2)and an increase rate of 28.0% when the dose was 18.0 kg/ha,followed by bifenthrin·clothianidin 2% granules and clothianidin·cyfluthrin 2% granules with the yield of 6.0 and6.2 kg/m^(2)and an increase of 20.0% and 24.0%, respectively, as the dose for 30.0 kg/ha. Other agents were less effective for controlling underground pests of G. elata Blume. [Conclusions] Lambda-cyhalothrin·clothianidin 25 %microcapsule suspension can effectively control the damage of underground pests of G. elata Blume, and also increase its yield, which is an ideal agent for control of underground pests of G. elata Blume.
