摘  要:以单分散液滴为模板,通过紫外光引发自由基聚合的方法,用微流控技术制备出单分散甲基丙烯酸甲酯/苯乙烯/四氧化三铁磁性聚合物微球,制备装置简易、操作简单.对样品的形貌结构、粒度分布、表面官能团、组成成分、有效磁含量及表面电势进行了表征分析.微球的粒径约为200μm,单分散性良好,且表面电势为-24 mV时能够迅速对水体中的阳离子染料孔雀石绿进行有效吸附分离.探究了pH、孔雀石绿溶液初始浓度、吸附时间和反应温度对吸附效率的影响,发现在孔雀石绿溶液体积为50 mL(50 mg·L^(-1)),投加量为50 mg,pH为7,温度为30℃时吸附效率高达94.38%,重复利用9次的吸附效率仍可达到80%以上,具有较好的吸附能力.As a new material preparation technology,microfluidic technology has demonstrated unique creativity and advantages than traditional technology in the controllable preparation of functional microparticles.Magnetic polymer microspheres are also used as biological carriers because of their superparamagnetic properties and active sites of surface functional groups.The use of microfluidic technology to prepare magnetic polymer microspheres has the advantages of precise controllability,internal stability,time saving and cost saving.Malachite green(MG)is a synthetic organic compound,the wastewater treatment of malachite green is particularly important.There are many methods for treating dye wastewater,and the most common ones are chemical precipitation,ion exchange,electrolysis,displacement,reverse osmosis,adsorption,etc.Among them,adsorption method has attracted much attention due to its simple operation,low cost,short removal time and high removal rate,and has become one of the promising technologies.Therefore,microfluidic technology was used to prepare monodisperse methyl methacrylate/styrene/Fe3O4magnetic polymer microspheres,the preparation device and the operation were simple.The morphology,particle size distribution,surface functional groups,composition,effective magnetic content and surface potential of the samples are characterized and analyzed.The diameter is about 200μm,the monodispersity is good,and the surface potential is-24 mV,which can quickly and effectively adsorb and separate the cationic dye malachite green in water.The influence of pH,initial concentration of malachite green solution,adsorption time and reaction temperature on adsorption efficiency were investigated.When the volume of MG solution is 50 mL(50 mg·L^(-1))with the dosage of 50 mg and the pH of 7,the adsorption efficiency is as high as 94.38%at 30℃.The adsorption efficiency can still reach more than 80%after recycled 9 times,and it conforms to the first-order kinetic equation,which proves that the material has good adsorption capacit
