摘　　要：巴拉德是英国新浪潮运动的领军人物,其作品风格鲜明。作为巴拉德的经典短篇小说,《终端沙滩》是他早期表征二战心理创伤的书写之一,勾绘出了一幅战后人类的创伤图景。小说以超现实主义书写呈现创伤主题,其中的碎片式叙事结构和多重叙事视角、景观意象、时空交错的非线性描述等叙事策略勾勒出一幅超现实主义图像。从超现实主义书写的角度探究小说中的创伤主题,拓宽了主人公特拉文创伤经历的意义和效果,映射出战争对作为个体的特拉文和全人类造成的创伤,表征了巴拉德对二战后人类创伤心理的深刻认知。As a leading role in New Wave science fiction movement in British, J.G. Ballard demonstrates a distinctive style in his oeuvre.The Terminal Beach is regarded as one of his classical short stories, and it delineates a full picture of human trauma after the Second World War. From the dimension of surrealism. Ballard employs different narrative strategies such as fragmented narrative,, landscape image, and spatiotemporal etc., to help embed socio-historical context in the physical landscape, and to evince the trauma experienced by the character. With the tools provided by surrealism, Ballard examines the significance and negative effect of trauma on human kind in a deeper and broader sense.
