摘 要:本研究采用分层抽样方法抽取某市重点中学400名应届高三学生完成焦虑自评量表,调查应届高三学生的考试焦虑现状。结果发现:(1)女生的考试焦虑显著高于男生;(2)文理分科及是否独生子女对学生的考试焦虑无显著影响。基于研究结果,本研究认为教育工作者要在了解考试焦虑本质的基础上调节女生的考试焦虑,并重视人际关系对学生考试焦虑的积极影响。This study used stratified sampling method to sample 400 senior middle school students from a key middle school in a city to complete the forms of self rating anxiety scale and investigate their test anxiety status. The results showed:(1) the level of examination anxiety of girls was significantly higher than that of boys;(2) there was no significant effect on the test anxiety of students in liberal arts or science and whether the only child or not. Based on the research findings, this study believes that educators should adjust girls’ test anxiety on the basis of understanding the nature of test anxiety, and pay attention to the positive impact of interpersonal relationships on students’ test anxiety.
