手术联合富血小板血浆矫正轻中度上睑下垂效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术联合富血小板血浆PRP在上睑下垂矫正术中的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2021年9月医院整形美容外科收治的180例双侧中度上睑下垂患者病例资料,其中采用提上睑肌腱膜为基础的折叠术、缩短术等术式的视为对照组(93例),采用提上睑肌腱膜为基础的手术联合局部注射自体PRP视为观察组(87例)。统计分析两组患者近期(1个月)、中期(3个月)以及远期(6个月)的复发率,评价术后6个月两组患者的满意率等。结果:手术效果方面,观察组术后6个月手术满意率为90.80%,明显高于对照组的77.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后复发率方面,观察组中期复发率为4.6%低于对照组的13.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组远期复发率为6.9%低于对照组的17.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术联合PRP治疗轻中度上睑下垂效果较好,中远期复发率较低,值得临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application of operation combined with platelet-rich plasma in the correction of mild to moderate blepharoptosis. Methods The case data of 180 patients with bilateral moderate ptosis who were admitted to the Plastic and Cosmetic Department from January 2019 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,shortening surgery and other surgical procedures were regarded as the control group(93 cases),and the operation based on the levator aponeurosis combined with local injection of autologous PRP was regarded as the observation group(87 cases).The shortterm(1 month),mid-term(3 months) and long-term(6 months) recurrence rates of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed,and the satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients 6 months after the operation was evaluated. Results In terms of surgical effect,the surgical satisfaction rate of the observation group 6 months after surgery was 90.80%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 77.42%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative recurrence rate,the mid-term recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.6% lower than that of the control group,which was 13.98%(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the long-term recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.9% lower than that of the control group,which was 17.2%,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Operation combined with platelet-rich plasma is effective in the correction of mild to moderate blepharoptosis,which can effectively solve the problem of blepharoptosis,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
