摘　　要：目的:探讨透明质酸钠凝胶(Hyaluronicacid,HA)行唇部填充对唇部美学参数的影响。方法:选取2021年11月-2022年2月有改善唇部需求的女性就医者50例为研究对象,均进行唇部、口周、全面部HA填充,于术后即刻、术后2周、术后1个月评估治疗效果、满意度、疼痛度及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后1个月唇部美学参数较治疗前有显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全面部HA治疗后就医者对唇部满意度最高,可达98.00%。HA注射用于唇部填充疼痛等级为轻度,可耐受。治疗后不良反应情况均在1个月内完全消失。结论:HA用于唇部填充优点突出,且联合全面部HA注射治疗可以达到更好的临床效果,就医者满意度高。Objective To observe the effect of HA for injection on lip aesthetic parameters after lip injection.Methods 50female patients who needed to improve their lips from November 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with HA filling injection in the lip,the perioral region and the full face.The treatment effect,satisfaction,pain degree,and adverse reactions were evaluated immediately after surgery,two weeks after surgery,and one month after surgery.Results One month after treatment,the lip aesthetic parameters were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients satisfaction was the highest after the full face HA treatment,up to 98.00%.The pain level of HA injection for lip treatment was mild and tolerable.The adverse reactions completely disappeared within one month after treatment.Conclusion The advantages of HA for lip beautification are outstanding,and the use of lip HA injection combined with full face can achieve better clinical effects and high patients’satisfaction.
