亲情快乐护理在小儿包皮环切术围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究亲情快乐护理模式在小儿包皮环切术围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年3月笔者医院84例接受包皮环切术的患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为研究组和对照组各42例,两组入院后均完善相关检查并择期进行包皮环切手术,对照组围术期给予常规护理,研究组采用亲情快乐护理模式进行干预,比较两组术后疼痛程度、恢复时间、并发症及美学效果。结果:两组术后疼痛视觉模拟法(Visual analogy score,VAS)评分均呈明显下降趋势(P<0.05),且研究组术后1 h、6 h、12 h及24 h时VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后疼痛消失时间、切口愈合时间及包皮水肿发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组术后切口甲级愈合率均为100.00%,家长对患儿阴茎外观满意度分别为95.24%和88.10%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:包皮环切术患儿围术期采用亲情快乐护理模式进行干预,可有效减轻术后疼痛程度,降低包皮水肿等并发症发生风险,对促进患儿康复具有积极作用。Objective To study the application effects of happy family nursing model on children with circumcision during perioperative period. Methods 84 children who underwent circumcision in the hospital between January 2020 and March 2022 were selected as samples,and the children were were equally divided into the study group and the control group by using the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Relevant examinations and selective circumcision were performed in both groups after admission.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,and the study group adopted happy family nursing model for intervention.The postoperative pain degree,recovery time,complications and cosmetic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS) in both groups showed significant downward trends(P<0.05),and the VAS scores in the study group at 1 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain disappearance time,incision healing time and incidence rate of preputial edema were shorter or lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The grade A healing rates of postoperative incision in the study group and the control group were both 100%,and the parents’ satisfaction with penis appearance of children were 95.24% and 88.10% respectively(P>0.05). Conclusion Perioperative intervention with happy family nursing model for children with circumcision can effectively relieve the postoperative pain degree and reduce the risk of complications such as preputial edema,and it plays a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation of children.
