摘　　要：白癜风是一种获得性皮肤黏膜色素脱失性疾病,好发于曝光部位,严重影响患者身心健康。目前,临床多种方法虽被证明对白癜风治疗有效,但刺激性强,易出现毛细血管扩张、光毒性等不良反应。近年来,微针疗法因其操作简单、安全有效等特点,已成为皮肤科研究热点。本文归纳了近年来国内外微针及其联合疗法在白癜风治疗中的研究进展,以期对白癜风的临床诊疗提供新思路。Vitiligo is an acquired depigmenting disorder of the skin and mucous membranes, which usually occurs in exposed areas and seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Although different therapies are used, they are highly irritating and prone to adverse reactions such as telangiectasia and phototoxicity.Recently, microneedling therapy has become a hot area of dermatology research due to its simple operation, safety and effectiveness.Its clinical efficacy on vitiligo has also been recognized.This article summarizes the research progress of microneedling and its combination therapy in the treatment of vitiligo at home and abroad, and provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of vitiligo.
