摘　　要：以“女子以肝为先天”的思想理论为主导,结合情志对女子的影响,从肝的生理病理、肝的经络循行、女性生理特征等方面探析肝与女性痤疮的关系,并基于此理论思想,探究女性青春期后痤疮的中医治疗方案,应内治以疏肝为主,辅以清肺、理脾、滋补肝肾,调理冲任等方法。循机施治、随证加减,为临床治疗女性青春期后痤疮提供新思路。Taking the theory of"women are born with liver"as the leading factor,and combining with the influence of emotion on women,this paper explores the relationship between liver and female acne from the aspects of liver physiology and pathology,liver meridian circulation and female physiological characteristics,ect.Based on this theroy,this paper explores the TCM treatment scheme of female acne after puberty.The internal treatment scheme of female acne after puberty.The internal treatment should give priority to soothing the liver.Assisted by clearing lung,regulating spleen,nourishing liver and kidney,and regulating Chong and Ren Channels.It provides a new idea for clinical treatment of female post-pubertal acne.
