摘　　要：目的:检索、评价并整合氧疗设备相关压力性损伤预防的最佳证据,为临床决策提供参考。方法:系统检索British Medical Journal最佳临床实践、Up To Date、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心、英国国家临床优化研究所、加拿大安大略注册护士协会网、苏格兰学院间指南网、国际指南协作组、新西兰指南协作组、日本医疗信息网络分发服务网、澳大利亚临床实践指南数据库、ECRI Guidelines Trust数据库、医脉通、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、卫生系统证据数据库、EMbase、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国知网等数据库及相关协会网站中关于氧疗设备相关压力性损伤预防的指南、专家共识、最佳实践、系统评价、证据总结等,检索时限为各数据库建库至2021年1月。由2名研究者独立完成纳入文献的质量评价,并对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取及总结。结果:共纳入12篇文献,包括7篇指南、3篇专家共识、1篇系统评价、1篇证据总结。总结的最佳证据涵盖皮肤风险评估、氧疗设备选择及佩戴、氧疗指征及终止时机、皮肤清洁及保护、监管及培训5个方面,共26条证据。结论:在氧疗设备相关压力性损伤预防管理中,医护人员应根据相关级别的循证证据,优化临床氧疗设备使用标准,保证病人安全。Objective:To search,evaluate and integrate the best evidence for prevention of pressure injury related to oxygen therapy equipment,and provide reference for clinical decision-making.Methods:Guidelines,expert consensus,best clinical practices,systematic reviews,sheet,summary of evidence on prevention of pressure injury related to oxygen therapy equipment were searched from British Medical Journal Best Clinical Practices,Up To Date,JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center Database,RNAO,NICE,GIN,SIGN,CGC,MINDS,ACPG,ECRI Guidelines Trust Database,Yimaitong,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,HSE,EMbase,VIP,WanFang Database,CNKI and websites of relevant associations.The retrieval time was from the inception of databases to January,2021.Two researchers independently completed the quality evaluation of the included literature,and extracted and summarized the evidence of the literature meeting the quality standards.Results:A total of 12 articles were included,including 7 guidelines,3 expert consensus,1 systematic review and 1 evidence summary.The best evidence summarized included skin risk assessment,oxygen therapy equipment selection and wear,oxygen therapy indications and termination time,skin cleaning and protection,supervision and training,with a total of 26 pieces of evidence.Conclusion:In the prevention and management of pressure injury related to oxygen therapy equipment,medical staff should optimize the use standard of clinical oxygen therapy equipment according to the relevant level of evidence-based evidence to ensure the safety of patients.
