从第51届体操世锦赛看世界男子单杠动作发展趋势  

Development Trend of Men’s Horizontal Bar Movements in the World from the perspective of the 51st World Gymnastics Championships

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对第51届世界体操锦标赛单杠决赛前八名运动员成套动作进行研究,探讨巴黎奥运周期单杠成套动作编排特征与发展趋势。研究结果:①Ⅱ、Ⅲ组别动作将是成套动作编排的主体动作,难度动作选择集中在C、D、E三个组别,不同类型动作选用呈现非均衡状态;②第Ⅰ组别动作倾向于向后大回环类,第Ⅱ组别动作形成特卡切夫类、空翻越杠类“平分秋色”发展局面,第Ⅲ组别动作以阿德勒类动作为标配,屈体回环类动作逐渐增多;第Ⅳ组别动作呈现直体后空翻两周转体720度下呈垄断局势;③“特卡切夫类+特卡切夫类”稳步发展、“阿德勒类+飞行动作”日渐增多、“空翻越杠类+空翻越杠类”短暂减少,连接串将由“二连飞”向“三连飞”快速发展;④D分和E分仍有较大提升空间。今后的比赛将是难度与质量的双重较量,建议要努力做到“提难度、保质量”。By using the methods of literature review,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper studies the complete set of movements of the top 8 gymnasts in the horizontal bar final of the 51st World Gymnastics Championships,so as to explore the characteristics and development trend of the complete set of horizontal bar movements during the Paris Olympic cycle.The results show that:(a)Group II and III will be the main movements of the whole set,and the difficult movements is concentrated in three groups:C,D and E.The different types of movements are not balanced.(b)Group I tended to do the giant swing fwd,Group II formed the pattern of the Tkachev style and the Kovacs style,while Group III tended to do the Adler style,Group IV showed Watanabe dominating the situation.(c)The steady development of“Tkachev class”,the increasing number of“Adler class flight movements”,the temporary reduction of“air over bar class”,the connection string will be rapidly developed from“continuous flight”to“three continuous flight”;(d)there is still much room for improvement of D and E scores.In the future,it will be a dual contest between difficulty and quality.
