我国女子跆拳道49kg级主要竞争对手班妮巴技战术特征与应对策略研究

摘　　要：世界跆拳道联合会于2022年6月颁布了最新奥运积分排名,泰国运动员班妮巴以287.5的高分位列第一名,是我国女子跆拳道运动员在备战2024巴黎奥运会周期各国际比赛争夺奥运积分以及2022年杭州亚运会比赛的主要竞争对手之一。为进一步了解班妮巴的技战术运用特征,现对班妮巴东京奥运会的比赛视频进行收集和统计分析。结果表明:①班妮巴技术运用简洁、高效,得意技突出,前腿技术为主要制胜得分技术。②班妮巴战术运用多元化,攻防转换迅速、战术应变能力强,但在连续对抗中防守能力较为薄弱。③班妮巴踢击能力储备充足,平均每场踢击次数为128.2次,单场最高踢击次数为147次,单局最高踢击次数为58次。④班妮巴专项心理素质优秀,无论比分领先还是落后,场上的应变能力和技术的有效实施都能够稳定发挥。In June 2022,the World Taekwondo Federation issued the latest Olympic points ranking,and Thai athlete Panipak ranked first with a high score of 287.50.It is one of the main competitors of Chinese Taekwondo female athletes who compete for Olympic points in international competitions in preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.In order to further understand the characteristics of Panipak’s technical and tactical application,the video of Panipak’s competition in Tokyo Olympic Games was collected and statistically analyzed.The results show that:(a)Panipak’s technique is concise,efficient and outstanding,and foreleg technique is the main winning scoring technique.(b)Panipak’s tactics are diversified,and the offensive and defensive changes quickly,and the tactical adaptability is strong,but the defensive ability is weak in continuous confrontation.(c)The reserve of kicking ability is sufficient,and the average number of kicks per game is 128.28,with the highest in a single game being 147 and the highest in a single set being 58.(d)Special psychological quality is excellent.Whether the score is ahead or behind,she can have a stable performance in the effective implementation of skills and tactics on the field.
