摘　　要：全运会赛场的激烈竞争环境,使体育竞争情报信息的收集成为重庆市重点运动队迫切需要攻克的难题。本研究运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、专家访谈法、BWM法等研究方法,构建出了涵盖标准化备战信息和个性化备战信息在内的2个一级指标、7个二级指标和29个三级指标的重庆市重点运动队备战情报信息采编指标体系,并确定各级指标权重,以此实现对重庆市全运会重点参赛队伍竞争性情报收集方向的全面反映,将重庆市重点运动队备战情报信息服务的迫切需求进行针对性应答,以此满足既能够助力重庆市竞技体育情报收集实力的全面提升、也能够为全国各省市全运会参赛运动队情报收集能力的提高提供参考的实践需求。At present,the super competitive environment of the National Games makes the collection of relevant sports competitive information become an urgent problem for the key sports teams in Chongqing.In this study,literature data method,Delphi method,expert interview method,BWM method and other research methods were used to construct the index system of competitive information collection and processing during Chongqing Key sports teams’preparation for National Games,which included 2 first-level indexes,7 second-level indexes and 29 third-level indexes.The system include standardized and personalized preparation information,and the weights of indexes at all levels have been determined,in order to achieve a comprehensive reflection of the direction of sports competitive intelligence collection of key participating teams in the National Games in Chongqing,so that Chongqing key sports teams can be ready for the urgent needs of information services.In addition,it can help improve Chongqing competitive sports intelligence collection strength,and also provide a reference for participating sports teams in the national Games to improve their ability of information collection.
