摘　　要：以2022年湖南省运动会青少年竞技体操比赛为研究对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法对湖南省男子竞赛体操的现状进行剖析,针对湖南省男子竞赛体操存在的不足提出进一步加强后备人才培养的对策建议:①推动全民健身,宣传体操运动带来的种种益处,增长运动员人口数量;②鼓励企业聘用优秀运动员,及时解决运动员的就业问题,提高退役运动员就业率;③为训练比赛配备必要医疗器材和医护人员。Taking the youth artistic gymnastics competitions in the 2022 Hunan Provincial Games as the research object,this paper analyzes the present situation of men’s artistic gymnastics in Hunan province through the methods of literature review and questionnaire investigation.In the light of the shortcomings of the male competitive gymnastics in Hunan province,this paper puts forward some concrete methods for further strengthening the training of the reserve talents of the men’s artistic gymnastics in Hunan province:(a)promoting national fitenss,publicizing the various benefits brought by the gymnastics,increasing the number of athletes,(b)calling on large and small enterprises to employ outstanding athletes,timely solve the employment problem of athletes,so that the employment rate of retired athletes can be raised.(c)increasing the ratio of related medical equipment and medical staff for training and competitions.
