摘 要:训练负荷的合理安排在提高运动员竞技能力方面具有不容忽视的作用,因此对于运动训练过程中机体承受负荷的科学监控越来越受到广大教练员和科研工作者的重视。足球专项训练负荷监控在提高运动表现和预测损伤风险方面具有重要的作用。本文从内外部训练负荷出发,总结归纳了训练实践中常用的量化指标,并基于跑动、加速度指标的外部负荷及心率、问卷调查和生理生化指标的内部负荷构建了监控负荷的量化体系。在概述分析目前国内外训练负荷监控手段研究成果的基础上提炼了通过负荷监控解决训练问题的关键点,建立了多指标的训练负荷量化体系。总之,新兴技术主导发展负荷监控手段和训练负荷监控的个性化已成趋势,值得关注。The reasonable arrangement of training load plays a role that cannot be ignored in improving athletes’competitive ability,so the scientific monitoring of the load borne by the body during the training process of players has been paid more and more attention by the majority of coaches and scientific researchers.Football-specific training load monitoring plays an important role in improving athletic performance and predicting injury risks.Starting from internal and external training loads,this paper summarizes the commonly used quantitative indicators in training practice.External load based on running and acceleration indicators,heart rate,questionnaire survey and physiological and biochemical indicators constitute a load quantification system for monitoring.In addition,the current means of monitoring training load at home and abroad are summarized.Based on the above,the key points of load monitoring to solve training problems are proposed,including the establishment of a multi-index training load quantification system,the development of load monitoring methods led by emerging technologies,and the personalized development trend of training load monitoring.
