摘 要:利用多学科科技成果提升人体运动能力已成为运动领域尤其是竞技体育取得优异成绩的有力支撑。低频脉冲磁场较早应用于我国运动领域,是进行辅助训练的一种有效手段,通过不同的磁场参数设定所带来的生物效应为竞技体育训练过程提供多维度的辅助支持。通过文献分析可知:在研究内容方面,我国运动领域主要聚焦在低频脉冲磁场进行运动员疲劳恢复、损伤康复、提升机体代谢水平、体能促进方面的研究;在理论机制方面,主要采用粒子对膜的穿透理论、从跨膜粒子的回旋谐振理论两种学说进行研究指导,机制认识基本达成共识。磁场发生仪器主要采用永磁铁、双线圈、亥姆霍兹线圈结构,目前亥姆霍兹线圈为主流的低频脉冲磁场仪器,该结构具有磁场均匀、干预部位全面的优势。随着磁生物学研究的逐步深入,特定强度与频率的低频脉冲磁场可作为一种全新的肌力提升手段,目前我国在该领域的研究与应用已处于世界领先地位。建议:今后进行体医工学科交叉研究攻关,对低频脉冲磁场生物效应机制进行深度挖掘,以使该技术能更好地服务运动领域。The use of multi-disciplinary scientific and technological achievements to improve human movement ability has become a strong support for achieving excellent results in the sports field,especially in competitive sports.Low-frequency pulsed magnetic field,as an effective means of auxiliary training in Chinese sports field,provides multi-dimensional auxiliary support for the training process of competitive sports through the biological effects brought by different magnetic field parameters.Based on literature analysis,in terms of research contents,Chinese sports field mainly focuses on the low-frequency pulse magnetic field for athletes’fatigue recovery,injury rehabilitation,improvement of body metabolism level,and physical fitness promotion.In terms of the theoretical mechanism of research,two theories of particle penetration theory and cyclotron resonance theory of transmembrane particles are mainly used for research guidance,and the understanding of the mechanism has basically reached a consensus.The magnetic field generation instrument mainly adopts the structure of permanent magnet,double coil and Helmholtz coil.Currently,Helmholtz coil is the mainstream low-frequency pulsed magnetic field instrument structure,which has the advantages of uniform magnetic field and comprehensive intervention site.With the deepening of the research of magnetic biology,the low-frequency pulsed magnetic field with specific intensity and frequency can be used as a new means to improve muscle strength,and our research and application in this field are in a leading position in the world.In the future,the low-frequency pulsed magnetic field can not only provide the existing auxiliary functions,but also can be a new technology to improve the maximum strength and strength endurance of athletes,so that the sports biomagnetism,a technology integrating multiple disciplines,can better serve the field of sports.
