摘  要:受新冠疫情影响,人们的生命健康和经济发展受到不同程度的影响,尤其在面对社会竞争以及复杂环境压力时很容易产生抑郁情绪。大量研究表明,进行规律性运动可以有效改善肌肉质量和力量,进而缓解和改善抑郁症状,有益于身心健康。本文对以往相关研究进行综述分析,以便了解肌肉力量与抑郁症的关系及肌肉力量防治抑郁症的可能机制,为运动干预抑郁症的研究提供新思路。研究结果:通过体育运动促进肌肉健康可能是对抗抑郁的潜在机制之一。Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,people’s life and health and economic development have been affected to varying degrees.People are prone to depression in the face of social competition and complex environmental pressure.A large number of studies have shown that regular exercise can effectively improve muscle mass and strength,and thus alleviate and improve depressive symptoms for physical and mental health.This paper summarizes and analyzes previous studies to understand the relationship between muscle strength and depression and the possible mechanism of improved muscle strength preventing and treating depression,providing new ideas for the study of exercise intervention on depression.The review found that promoting muscle health through physical activity may be one of the potential mechanisms to combat depression.
