摘  要:为了实现对区域防洪排涝设施布局优化,建立基于暴雨洪水管理模型(SWMM)的区域防洪排涝设施布局优化模型,采集暴雨洪水的流量监测结果作为基础数据,采用结构和区域载荷分析的方法,对区域防洪排涝设施布局按换算截面法和受力平衡度进行力学参数分析,结合SWMM模型的底层数据库设计以及大数据信息管理技术,实现区域防洪排涝设施布局优化。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行区域防洪排涝设施布局设计的防洪能力较好,结构稳定性更强。In order to optimize the layout of regional flood control and drainage facilities,a model of regional flood control and drainage facilities layout optimization based on SWMM is proposed.The monitoring results of storm flood flow are collected as basic data,and the mechanical parameters of regional flood control and drainage facilities layout are analyzed by structural and regional load analysis methods according to the conversion section method and stress balance.Combined with SWMM model's bottom database design and big data information management technology,the layout optimization of regional flood control and drainage facilities is realized.The test results show that the layout design of regional flood control and drainage facilities with this method has better flood control capacity and stronger structural stability.
