有机硅柔软剂在织物整理上的应用研究

摘　　要：文章将自制有机硅柔软剂用于棉织物整理,测试发现整理后织物的手感不仅达到普通氨基硅油的柔软效果,而且黄变现象得到了改善,亲水性增强。另外,该产品可以作为浴中柔软剂与染色同浴使用,不会引起色差或色变的问题。In this paper, the self-made silicone softener was applied to cotton fabric finishing. The results show that the product could not only achieve the soft effect of ordinary amino silicone oil, but also improve the yellowing phenomenon of the finished fabric and enhance the hydrophilicity. In addition, the product can be used as a bath softener and dyeing bath, without color difference or color change.
