摘　　要：文章利用雪尼尔纱线开发新型牛仔面料,通过研究改进其生产工艺要点及技术措施,赋予了面料高档华贵、手感柔软、绒面丰满和悬垂性好等优点,实现了传统牛仔布面料的外观、手感等的创新设计,为纺织、服装企业的新产品开发及生产提供技术参考。Chenille yarn was used to develop new denim fabric in this paper. Through studying and improving key points of production process and technical measures, the design endowed the fabric with the advantages of high-grade luxury, soft feel, full fleece and good drapability, and realized the innovative design of the appearance and feel of traditional denim fabric, which is a reference for the development of new products and production technology of textile and clothing enterprises.
