集合器在竹节纱及包芯纱生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：文章在分析集合器工作原理的基础上,结合竹节纱和包芯纱生产中的质量控制要求和工艺特点,设计细纱二级工艺和设备调整参数,成功将集合器应用在两种风格纱品种,有效降低了纱疵的产生和用棉量,稳定了产品质量。Basing on the analysis of collectorc, combining the quality control requirements and process characteristics in the production of slub yarn and core-spun yarn, the secondary spinning process and equipment adjustment parameters were designed in this paper, the collector successfully applied to the two style yarn varieties, which effectively reduces the occurrence of yarn defects and the use of cotton, and stabilizes the product quality.
