摘  要:DG水电站位于西藏高海拔地区,空气稀薄,太阳辐射强,昼夜温差起伏大,对坝体碾压混凝土施工的温控技术要求更高,若坝体出现温度裂缝和干缩裂缝等,会严重影响其结构安全性和使用寿命。因此在坝体碾压混凝土施工中,采取了正确的温控标准和严格配料、出机温度、入仓与浇筑温度、智能通水冷却、保温保湿等一系列有效的管控措施。两年后的检查外观优良,大坝混凝土取芯检测表明,刷新了水电工程碾压混凝土取芯长度的世界纪录,达到“高质量等级的优良工程”标准。DG Hydropower Station is located in the high altitude Xizang area.Considering the specific climatic conditions such as thin air,strong solar radiation and large temperature fluctuation between day and night,the construction of roller compacted concrete dam requires better temperature control technology as the temperature induced cracks and dry shrinkage cracks occurred in the dam body may seriously threaten its structural safety and service life.In the roller compacted concrete construction of the dam in DG Hydropower Station,rational temperature control standards and effective control measures are adopted,including strict batching,control of the concrete outlet temperature and the pouring temperature,intelligent water cooling,and heat and moisture preservation.In the inspection of the dam after two years of the construction,it reaches the standard of high-quality excellent project as the external appearance is good and the concrete coring test sets a new world record for the length of roller compacted concrete coring in hydropower projects.
