创新开展“三定培养”促进藏汉民族融合

摘　　要：华电西藏能源有限公司DG水电分公司履行驻藏央企政治责任,面向西藏建档立卡贫困户家庭“两后生”创新实施定向招生、定向培养、定向就业的“三定培养”措施,做好“汉藏结对”等后续培养,造就了一批西藏本地清洁能源建管人才,促进了少数民族职工成长成才,发挥了央企民族团结进步示范引领效应,强化民族交往交流交融成效,以点带面有力铸牢中华民族共同体意识。As a state-owned enterprise stationed in Xizang,the DG Hydropower Branch of Huadian Xizang Energy Co.,Ltd.actively fulfills its political responsibilities.An innovated“three targeted cultivations”measure,i.e.targeted enrollment,targeted cultivation,targeted employment,is implemented for the“junior or senior high school graduate students”in registered poor families in Xizang.With the follow-up Han-Zang pairing training work,the growth of the minority staff is promoted and a number of local clean energy construction and management talents are cultivated in Xizang.The company has played a leading role in the demonstration of ethnic unity and progress.With the emphasis of the ethnic exchange and integration,the consciousness of the community for the Chinese nation is strengthened comprehensively.
