摘　　要：市场是产品和技术的风向标,决定产品的方向、企业的存亡和行业的发展。文中分析并总结了近10a来日本物料搬运机械产品的市场变化趋势和规律,对日本通用起重机和流动式起重机2大类物料搬运机械产品的市场规模、产品构成、按额定起重量分类的细分市场状况、各规格产品市场占比和市场发展趋势进行了定量研究,分析和比较了2类产品市场特点和差异。结果表明,流动式起重机产品是推动日本物料搬运机械行业近10a市场微增长的主要动力。研究结果为我国物料搬运机械行业和企业产品的顶层设计、市场定位和战略规划提供参考和借鉴。As the vane of products and technologies,the market determines the research and development direction of products,the survival of enterprises and the development of the industry.In this paper,the author analyzes and summarizes the market trends and laws of Japanese material handling machinery in recent 10 years,and makes a quantitative study on the market scale,product composition,market segments classified by rated lifting weight,market share and development trend of various products of Japanese general cranes and mobile cranes,and analyzes and compares the market characteristics and differences of these two types of products.The results show that the mobile crane is the main driving force for the growth of Japanese material handling machinery industry in recent 10 years,which provides a reference for the top-level design,market positioning and strategic planning of China’s material handling machinery industry and products.
