摘　　要：随着管桩自动化生产线的不断涌现,管桩生产自动化起重机的需求也越来越大。文中通过介绍管桩离心成型工序的生产工况以及管桩生产专用起重机的基本情况以及使用习惯,对管桩生产工艺流程中的离心成型工序生产专用自动化起重机的设计与实现提出相应的解决方案,并针对性地提出设计要点,对管桩生产专用自动化起重机的设计具有借鉴作用。With the continuous emergence of automatic production lines,the demand for automatic cranes in pipe pile production is increasing.Through introducing the production conditions of centrifugal molding process of pipe pile and the basic situation and usage habits of special crane for pipe pile production,the corresponding solutions for the design and implementation of special automatic crane for centrifugal molding process are given,and the design points are explained,which has reference significance for the design of special automatic crane for pipe pile production.
