摘 要:中小型水库在维持我国社会、生态、经济可持续发展中占有极为重要的地位。在已建水库工程中,泥沙淤积是非常突出的问题,尤其对于多沙河流上的水库工程,泥沙淤积情势更为严峻。中小型淤损水库库容恢复已成为一个亟待解决的问题。对传统的水力排沙、机械清淤及新研发的清淤技术与方法进行分析总结,梳理不同清淤技术的清淤原理、清淤效果以及适用条件等,从高效、环保等角度重新认识这些清淤技术,以期为中小型淤损水库库容恢复工程设计与实践提供参考依据。Small and medium-sized reservoirs occupy an extremely important position in maintaining the sustainable development of our society, ecology and economy. Sediment deposition is a very prominent problem in the existing reservoir projects, especially for reservoir projects on the sandy rivers, where the sedimentation situation is more severe. The recovery of storage capacity of small and medium-sized silted reservoirs has become an urgent issue to be solved. This paper analyzed and summarized the traditional hydraulic desilting, mechanical dredging and newly-developed dredging techniques and methods, and discussed the dredging principle, dredging effect and applicable conditions of different dredging technologies. These dredging technologies were re-recognized from the aspects of high efficiency and environmental protection. This paper provided reference for the design and practice of storage capacity recovery for small and medium-sized silted reservoirs.
