纳米结构色油漆车身修补工艺研究

摘　　要：采用基于蝴蝶翅膀微观结构原理而生产的纳米结构色粉,制备了颜色渐变的炫彩油漆(即纳米结构色油漆),并用作车身面漆。从纳米结构色粉添加量、修补深度、返修的面漆厚度等几个方面对该色漆的返修工艺进行研究,主要结论如下:1)纳米结构色粉含量的增加会导致零件返修难度加大,量产可行性降低;2)只返修至清漆层时难度不大,返修后的外观与标准板接近,但若返修至结构色漆层,则很难达到标准板的颜色,而直接返修至底色漆层,同时调整底色漆配方,便可使返修漆膜外观接近于标准板;3)纳米结构色漆膜的随角异色特点导致常规的色差控制方法并不完全适用,需要更多的目视对比;4)精准的纳米结构色漆膜厚控制及复杂的修补操作手法要求修补人员必须具备很高的技术水平,这在一定程度上制约了该色漆的大批量应用。A paint with color gradient effect was prepared with a kind of multilayer-nanostructured pigment which was produced according to the microstructure of butterfly wing,and then used as a topcoat for vehicle body.The repair process for the film of the paint was studied from several respects including the dosage of pigment in the paint,the depth of repair,and the thickness of repainted topcoat.With the increasing of the dosage of pigment,the difficulty of repairing the painted parts is increased,reducing the feasibility of wide application of the paint.It is easy to repair when the defect is located at the clear coat,and the appearance of repainted coating can be close to the original.It is hard to restore the appearance by repainting if the defect reaches to the topcoat.The appearance of repainted coating can be similar to the original when removing the clear coat,topcoat,and base coat at the defective area and modifying the composition of base coat prior to repainting.The conventional method for color difference control is not fully applicable to the paint with multilayer-nanostructured pigment due to the fact that the color of its film changes as the viewing angle varies,and more visual comparison is required.Considering the precise control in thickness of the paint and the complicate repair operation,the repair personnel should have good technical ability,which is adverse to the wide application of the paint.
