摘 要:为了提高轮胎模具的防粘性能,采用空气喷涂方法在45钢基材上制备了厚度约20μm的4种水性氟树脂涂层,测试了各涂层的水接触角、表面粗糙度、铅笔硬度、微观形貌、摩擦磨损行为、与橡胶的脱模力和硫化试验前后表面的元素成分。结果表明,表面微纳米填料较多的绿色水性氟树脂涂层的脱模力最大,防污性较差;成膜性好的聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)树脂涂层的脱模力为0,防污性好;表面纤维状结构的PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)涂层的防污性虽好,但有一定脱模力。要减小橡胶模具的脱模力并提高防污性,氟树脂涂层的微观表面应光滑、平整,无填料裸露。To improve the anti-sticking performance of tire mold,four types of waterborne fluororesin coatings with a thickness of ca.20μm were prepared on 45 steel substrate by air spraying.The water contact angle,surface roughness,pencil hardness,micromorphology,and tribological behavior of the coatings were tested.The release forces of rubber from the coated molds were examined by plate vulcanization test,and the elemental compositions of the coating surfaces before and after vulcanization were compared.The results showed that the environmentally friendly waterborne fluororesin coating with many micro/nano-scaled fillers on its surface had the greatest mold release force and poor antifouling property.The two types of waterborne fluororesin coatings with good film-forming property provided a zero release force and good antifouling property for the rubber mold.The PTFE coating with fiber structures on its surface had good antifouling property,but the mold coated therewith had a certain release force.Therefore,to reduce the release force of rubber mold and improve its antifouling property,the microscopic surface of fluororesin coating should be smooth and flat without any exposed fillers.
