摘  要:以端羟基超支化聚酯和蓖麻油酸为原料,通过酯化反应合成了超支化醇酸树脂,通过红外、核磁等手段研究了它的化学结构。采用超支化醇酸树脂作为改性剂制备了固含量55%~70%的醇酸树脂涂料,考察了改性涂料的流变性能及其涂膜的力学性能、热性能与防腐性能。实验结果表明:超支化聚合物的适当添加可在不影响涂料黏度和涂装性能的基础上,有效提高醇酸树脂涂层的柔韧性和耐酸碱盐腐蚀性能,其耐弯曲性能高达2 mm,耐冲击性达到50 cm。固含量为65%的涂层综合性能最好。为进一步提高涂层的防腐性能,在该体系中添加了0.1%~0.5%的端羟基超支化聚酯改性氧化石墨烯(HGO)。循环盐雾测试320 h后发现,HGO添加量为0.5%的涂层腐蚀最轻。A hyperbranched alkyd resin was synthesized from hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polyester and ricinoleic acid by esterification,and its chemical structure was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy.A series of alkyd paint with a solid content ranging from 55%to 70%was prepared with the Hyperbranched alkyd resin as modifier.The rheological of the modified paint and the mechanical,thermal,and anticorrosive properties of its cured coating were studied.The experimental results showed that the addition of hyperbranched polymer in a proper amount effectively improved the flexibility and acid/alkali/saline resistance of alkyd coating without impairing the viscosity or coatability of the paint.The coating had a bending resistance of up to 2 mm and an impact resistance of up to 50 cm.The coating with a solid content of 65%had the best comprehensive performance.The anticorrosion property of the paint was improved further by adding 0.1%-0.5%of HGO i.e.graphene oxide modified with hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester.Through the cyclic salt spray test for 320 hours,the coating containing 0.5%of HGO was found to suffer from the slightest corrosion.
