摘  要:利用二甲基二氯硅烷(DMDCS)与环氧树脂E51合成有机硅改性环氧树脂并水性化,与高岭土复合得到水性有机硅改性环氧树脂涂料,以拉伸强度和粘结强度优选高岭土掺量,并考察了其涂层的防护性能。结果表明,高岭土掺量为5%时,涂层的粘结强度和拉伸强度分别为2.08 MPa和46.55 MPa。该涂层具有优良的疏水性、耐热性、耐蚀性、抗紫外老化性能及抗氯离子渗透性能,将其应用于混凝土表面可有效保护混凝土结构。An organosilicon-modified epoxy resin was synthesized from dimethyldichlorosilane(DMDCS)and epoxy resin E51 and then dispersed in water.The dispersion was added with kaolin,forming a waterborne organosilicon-modified epoxy paint.The dosage of kaolin was optimized according to the tensile strength and adhesion strength testing results of the coating.The protection performance of the coating was studied.The results showed that when the dosage of kaolin was 5%,the adhesion strength and tensile strength of the coating were 2.08 MPa and 46.55 MPa,respectively.The coating has excellent hydrophobicity,heat resistance,corrosion resistance,ultraviolet aging resistance,and chloride penetration resistance,being able to provide effective protection for concrete structures.
