社区体育“全生命周期”服务体系构建研究——基于健康中国战略背景

摘　　要：健康中国战略背景下社区体育“全生命周期”服务体系的构建,应基于新公共服务理论,做好社区体育“全生命周期”服务体系的顶层设计;加强“全生命周期”社区体育服务体系构建的财政支出和人才支持,因地制宜构建社区体育“全生命周期”服务体系构建的发展目标;除此之外,还应构建相应保障机制,如推进示范基地创建,为社区体育“全生命周期”服务提供完备的硬件保障;创新服务治理体系,为社区体育“全生命周期”服务提供坚强的体制保障;推进教育供给侧改革,为社区体育“全生命周期”服务提供共享的平台保障。The construction of the“whole life cycle”service system of community sports under the background of healthy China strategy should be based on the new public service theory,emphasize the top-level design,strengthen the financial expenditure and talent support,and set the development goal properly.In addition,the corresponding guarantee mechanism should be constructed,such as promoting the establishment of demonstration base,innovating the service governance system,promoting the supply-side reform of education and providing shared platform for the“whole life cycle”service of community sports.
