摘  要:为解决大量泥水盾构废弃泥浆处理难题,本文采用分子量为1 200万阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺对絮凝后的泥浆开展室内固结试验,对带式压滤机挤压脱水段脱水过程进行研究。结果表明,泥饼含水率随压力增加而逐渐减小,但含水率变化幅度逐渐减小;当最大压力较小(400 kPa)时,压缩时间短,固结不均匀,泥饼出现明显分界线,泥饼底部较密实,而泥饼上部呈现类似液体流动状态,含水率较高;当压力达到800 kPa时,泥饼固结较均匀,无明显分界线。因此设置高压压榨的带式压滤机可明显降低泥饼含水率。In order to solve the problem of disposing a large amount of waste slurry from slurry shield machine, the consolidation test of flocculated mud with molecular weight of 12 million cationic polyacrylamide was carried out in this paper, and the dewatering process of squeeze dewatering section of belt filter press was studied. The results show that the moisture content of mud cake decreases gradually with the increase of pressure, but the change range of water content gradually decreases;when the maximum pressure is lower(400 kPa), the compression time is short, the consolidation is uneven, the mud cake has obvious boundary, the bottom of mud cake is dense, while the upper part of mud cake presents the state of similar liquid flow, and the water content is higher;when the pressure reaches 800 kPa, the consolidation of mud cake is more uniform and there is no obvious boundary. Therefore, the belt filter press with high pressure press can significantly reduce the moisture content of mud cake.
