摘 要:TBM施工技术是目前最为先进的隧洞施工技术,具有安全环保、自动化程度高、施工组织简便等优点,在国内主要应用于铁路、公路隧道和引水隧洞等工程。本文结合山东文登抽水蓄能电站工程排水管廊施工,分别从设备研发设计、安装、应用施工三个阶段进行总结分析,包括TBM设计理念、改进、始发、掘进、方向控制、特殊工况控制要点等。新技术及新设备的成功应用,实现了抽水蓄能电站地下洞室开挖施工技术革命,顺利通过了30 m小半径急曲线转弯,解决了40‰大坡度下出渣运输和长距离小洞径隧道通风等技术难题,达到最高300.184 m、平均237 m月掘进纪录,确保了施工安全和工期,在水利水电行业具有重要里程碑意义。TBM construction technology is the most advanced tunnel construction technology at present,which has the advantages of safety,environmental protection,high degree of automation,simple construction organization,etc.In China,this technology is mainly used in railway,highway tunnel,headrace tunnel and other projects.This paper summarizes and analyzes the construction of the drainage pipe gallery of Shandong Wendeng Pumped Storage Power Station from the three stages of equipment R&D,design,installation and application construction,including the design concept,improvement,starting,tunneling,direction control,and control points under special circumstances of TBM.The successful application of new technology and new equipment has realized the technical revolution in the excavation of underground caverns of pumped storage power station.During the equipment excavation process,it has successfully passed the small curve turn with a radius of 30 m,solved the technical problems such as 40‰large slope mucking transportation and ventilation of long distance small tunnel diameter,and achieved a monthly excavation record of up to 300.184 m and an average of 237 m,ensuring construction safety and duration.It is an important milestone in the water conservancy and hydropower industry.
