摘 要:目的:研究百合中游离态和键合态挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法和煎煮法提取得到游离态挥发样品;通过Amberlite XAD-2大孔吸附树脂键合百合中糖苷类物质,洗脱后用Almonds β-D-葡萄糖苷酶对其进行酶解得到键合态挥发样品。利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS)测定挥发性成分。通过NIST08谱库检索及对比相关文献定性,内标法定量。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取出游离态物质22种,主要为酯类和醛类;键合态物质7种,主要为酯类。煎煮法提取出游离态物质19种,主要为醇类、醛类。结论:本工作可为百合挥发性成分的综合利用提供参考。Objective:To study the volatile components of lily in free and bonded states.Methods:The free volatile compounds were obtained by steam distillation and decoction methods. In contrast, the bonded volatile components, such as glycosides, were bonded by Amberlite XAD-2 macroporous adsorbent resin, and the eluted substances were enzymolyzed by Almonds β-D-glucosidase. Both free and bonded volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after pretreatment with automated headspace solid-phase microextraction. The qualitative analysis was performed based on the matching of the NIST08 spectral database and comparison with related literature, and the quantitative analysis was performed using the internal standard method.Results:There were 22 kinds of free volatile substances, mainly esters and aldehydes, and 7 kinds of bonded volatile substances, mainly esters, in lily extracted by steam distillation. Lily contains 19 kinds of free volatile substances, including alcohols and aldehydes extracted by decoction.Conclusion:This work provides reference for the comprehensive utilization of volatile components in Lily.
