摘 要:以青藏高原两种特有药用伞形科植物为材料,对其叶绿体基因组进行比较研究,结果显示:宽叶羌活和青海当归的叶绿体基因组长度分别为142 184 bp、146 952 bp, GC含量分别为37.4%、37.60%,共有基因123、127个,SSR位点208、219个。系统发育分析显示青海当归与其他当归属植物同属一支且自展值为100,与宽叶羌活支持率不高。研究结果充实了药用植物的叶绿体基因组数据库,对伞形科属间水平关系提供了更多的系统发育数据。The chloroplast genomes of two unique Umbelliferae medicinal plants in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were compared and studied. The results showed that the chloroplast genome length of N. forbesii and A. nitida were 142 184 bp and 146 952 bp respectively, and the GC contents were 37.4% and 37.60% respectively. There were 123 and 127 genes, and the total number of SSRs in N. forbesii and A.nitida were 208 and 219, respectively. The phylogenetic analysis showed that A. nitida belonged to the same genus as other Angelica plants, and the self-spreading value was 100, and the active support rate of N. forbesii was not high. The results of this study enriched the chloroplast genome database of medicinal plants and provided more phylogenetic data for the horizontal relationships among umbelliferae genus.
