基于三菱PLC和MCGS触摸屏控制玻璃清洗机系统的设计

摘　　要：随着建造技术的发展和社会的进步,玻璃作为透光隔风隔温材料广泛应用于日常生活。针对玻璃的自动加工及清洗进行了具体的设置和研究,该项目使用三菱FX3U-32MRPLC进行自动控制从而代替人工手动,并且通过MCGS触摸屏进行人机界面交互使用,可进行远程的实时监控运行,直观便捷的同时,也大大提高了效率。With the development of construction technology and social progress, glass is widely used in daily life as a light, wind and temperature insulation material. Specific settings and studies have been carried out for the automatic processing and cleaning of glass. Mitsubishi FX3U-48MRPLC is used for automatic control in this project to replace manual operation, and the human-computer interface is used interactively through the MCGS touch screen, which can carry out remote real-time monitoring and operation. It is intuitive and convenient, but also greatly improves the efficiency.
