摘 要:【目的】探索南高丛蓝莓夏普蓝一年多次开花的成花机理,为后续花期调控措施的制定和成花机理的深入研究提供理论参考。【方法】结合夏普蓝不同生育阶段腋芽中LFY基因表达量与对应时期内源激素之间的动态变化关系,探索它们之间的内在联系。【结果】LFY基因表达量峰值与ABA含量峰值总会交替出现;5次LFY基因表达高峰中,仅第2次与第3次峰值之间出现两次IAA含量的峰值,其余时刻的IAA含量一致维持在较低水平;LFY基因峰值发生期间,乙烯代谢前体ACC的波动折线以2018年8月20日为界点,前端的波动折线顺时针旋转180°后几乎能与后端的波动折线相重合;细胞分裂素CTK除最高峰值外,还出现3次小波峰,3次小高峰对应着春梢、夏梢、秋梢的伸长及芽分化的发生时期;赤霉素在多场合下均表现为两两之间差异显著,赤霉素的高低间或发生,与其它内源激素一起协同促进各种生理活动的发生。【结论】夏普蓝一年多次开花与内源ABA不断诱导花芽分化有必然的联系;ACC浓度无论高低,都对应有LFY基因峰值的发生,表明乙烯代谢前体ACC具有调控花器官的作用,并以调控花性别分化过程为主;细胞分裂素CTK浓度的提高有利于春梢、夏梢、秋梢的伸长及芽分化;赤霉素一直活跃在生育期全过程,具有与其它激素协同促进各项生理活动的作用;内源激素IAA成花的影响机理尚不明确,还需进一步深入探讨。【Objective】The present paper aims to explore the flowering mechanism of‘Xiapulan’(Vaccinium corymbosum L.)which blooms many times per year,and provide a theoretical reference for the formulation of subsequent flowering regulation measures and an in-depth study of flowering mechanism.【Method】The relationship between LFY gene expression in axillary buds of‘Xiapulan’at different growth stages and endogenous hormones in the corresponding periods was explored.【Result】The peaks of LFY gene expression and ABA content always appeared alternately;Among the five peaks of LFY gene expression,only the 2ndand 3rdpeaks of IAA content appeared between the corresponding periods,and the IAA content remained at a low level at other times;During the peaks of LFY gene,the fluctuation broken line of ACC,a precursor of ethylene metabolism,seemed to take 20 August 2018 as the boundary point,and the front fluctuation broken line could almost coincide with the end fluctuation broken line after rotating 180°clockwise.In addition to the highest peak of CTK content,there were three small peaks which corresponded to the elongation and bud differentiation of spring,summer and autumn treetops.Gibberellin showed significant difference between different occasions,and together with other endogenous hormones to promote the occurrence of various physiological activities.【Conclusion】The multiple flowering of‘Xiapulan’per year was related to the continuous induction of flower bud differentiation by endogenous ABA.No matter the ACC concentration,there was a peak of corresponding LFY gene expressions,which indicated that ACC could regulate flower organs and mainly the process of flower sex differentiation.The increase of CTK concentration was beneficial to the elongation and bud differentiation of spring,summer and autumn treetops.Gibberellin has always been active during the whole growth period with the role of promoting various physiological activities in coordination with other hormones.However,mechanism of the effect of
